Fly fishing at ross lake bc
Yesterday, we had an incredible fly fishing adventure on Ross Lake in the Skagit Valley. We launched from the dock by boat, using a classic fly fishing setup with 5-weight rods and sink lines. We tied on pumpkinhead and streamer patterns, and soon we were reeling in stunning rainbow trout, brook trout, and bull trout. Each cast felt like a dream as the mist rose from the lake and the mountains framed the horizon. This day is a treasured memory—one that reminds me of the pure magic of fly fishing in nature’s embrace
